I enjoyed The Way Back Home a lot. The main issue is had is the lack of poetry in what's supposed to be a poetry collection. I know the blurb states 'combines storytelling, poetry, and prose' but there was not a poem in sight. The prose and stories in the collection were well-written, powerful and engaging but I felt like I'd been cheated a little as I wanted some poetry.
