Family Magazine
For a great weekend family bonding activity down south, I'd recommend you to visit The Urban Food Collective (TUFC) Weekend Market.
TUFC is an online food community that offers a venue where young ones and young once can share their passion for all things food. Open every weekend of October to December, The Marketplace is just one of TUFCs projects to better build this community and connect all us foodies. There, you can find a bevy of treasures from gourmet, specialty foods to local, artisanal arts and crafts. Think early Christmas shopping! If you are anything like Hubs and Me, we'll make a beeline for the unique fare we find.
After you got your fill of all that you can eat, and your bag overflows with all the goodies, there are still other activities you can enjoy - Raffles for Mommy, Workshops for the Kids and Dad's Gentlemen's Corner. Business savvy mommies (or Tito, or Cousin, anyone really) are also welcome to showcase their products. There's no reason not to bring the whole family!
Because TUFC is about bringing people together, Taguyod Bayad foundation will receive parts of the proceeds from the Weekend Market to help rebuild communities affected by typhoon Haiyan in Sara Iloilo.
For more information, you can visit TUFC's Official Website, Facebook, or Instagram account.
See you at the market! Where the whole family can find good food, good things, and goodwill.
