The infographic illustrates how the UK laws have changed on the amount of compensation that an injury work can receive. The new law that went into effect on April 1st, put into place that a claimant would now have to be responsible for up to 25% of the compensation they are entitled to back to their lawyer. With this adjustment compensation claims will be inflated by at least another 10% to offset some of the liability. But in the end the claimant will still have to pay a portion of the award back to the lawyers.
