You Don’t Need Another Capsule Wardrobe. You Need Your Identity Revealed.
You’ve tried the capsule wardrobe. You’ve bought the “investment pieces.” You have a wardrobe of basics. You’ve followed the style rules. So why does getting dressed still feel like such a struggle and you still feel that you lack style?
If you’re a woman over 40 who has spent years building a career, raising a family, and being everything to everyone, there’s a good chance your wardrobe reflects all of that responsibility. And not in a good way.
You bought what you hoped would work. You bought what was safe. You bought what was recommended. And somewhere along the way, you stopped buying for yourself as you got lost in the busyness of life.
The result? A wardrobe that feels OK, well, you’re not naked, and that’s a plus. But it’s not the stylish wardrobe you desire.

Here’s the truth nobody in the fashion industry wants to tell you: this isn’t a taste problem, nor is it a body problem (which you may think is the reason). It’s a definition problem. And it’s exactly what I’m solving in my new live masterclass, E³ – Your Style Identity Reset.
The Real Reason Style Feels So Hard
Most women believe that stylish people are simply born with an eye for fashion. That’s some innate talent you either have or don’t. That if they’re struggling, it means style just isn’t “their thing.”
This is one of the most damaging myths in the fashion industry, and I’ve spent over 22 years as an internationally certified image consultant dismantling it, because I too wasn’t born with style. What I was born with was a willingness to learn and understand that style is both a science and an art and that it’s something you can learn.
Style isn’t instinct. It isn’t talent. It’s a decision framework. And until now, nobody has ever taught you one.
So you’ve been making expensive guesses. Buying things that seemed right in the store but somehow never quite worked at home. Accumulating a wardrobe full of options and still standing there every morning feeling like you have nothing to wear.
That exhausting cycle ends here.
Introducing E³ – Your Style Identity Reset
E³ is a 90-minute live masterclass where you will author your own personal three-word style identity, one that works for every occasion in your life and brings you three things: Empowerment, Ease, and Expression.
This is not a framework I hand to you. These words are authored entirely by you. Not by Instagram. Not by Pinterest. Not by the latest trend report. By you.
Once you have your three words, they become your personal filter for everything: what you buy, what you keep, what you wear, how you put together outfits, and how you show up in the world.
My client Elle calls her three words her “North Star,” because they keep her from drifting into sales racks and influencer trends that were never meant for her in the first place.
What You’ll Learn Inside the Masterclass
Identify Your E³ Words
You will uncover the three power words that anchor your style. Not aspirational words. Not aesthetic trends. Words that reflect who you actually are now, and how you want to feel when you walk into any room.
Define What They Mean Specifically to You
“Polished” means something different to every woman. So does “Comfortable.” So does “Professional.” Inside E³, you will translate your three words into clear, personal definitions so they become practical decision tools rather than vague ideas floating around in your head.
Apply Them Across Every Area of Your Life
Style is not one-dimensional, and neither are you. You are not the same at a client meeting as you are at a weekend brunch or a school pick-up. You will learn how your E³ framework adapts without losing consistency, so your identity and your style stay intact in every setting.
Understand How the Percentages Shift
Your three words stay the same; the emphasis changes depending on the occasion. A business meeting might call for 60% Empowerment, 30% Expression, and 10% Ease. Pilates might flip that entirely. You will learn how to adjust the dial without abandoning your core, which means you always feel like you, regardless of what you’re wearing or where you’re going.
Here’s a quick example of how my percentages shift – left to right
Outfit 1: Expression is first – my hand whimsically embellished with boro and sashiko jeans are pure self-expression, but they still have a lot of ease and comfort. The blouse with the fluted sleeves is again an expression piece – I like the drama and uniqueness of the double layer, but it’s still soft and feminine and has ease as it’s very comfortable to wear, and it’s also empowering to me as it’s more dressy. Then add in the fur bolero, which again has a high level of expression, and also feels polished and dressy, so empowerment as well, and keeps me warm, so fits my need for ease (as I get cold easily), then layer on my pink cashmere (comfortable – ease, and hot pink – empowerment) vest. The silver and rose gold boots are quirky (expression) and comfortable (ease), and rather than sneakers feel more dressy (silver and leather).
Outfit 2: Empowerment first – the check dress pants – whilst comfortable (ease) are dressier and more polished than jeans. The hot pink is my bold empowerment colour here, and the blouse is satin so also dressy (whilst being very comfortable – ease – to wear). Lastly that fur bolero again – it’s dressy but also in the context of every day – also an expression of my personality (makes me feel like me and a little quirky – not your average garment), and the bird brooch is a quirky Erstwilder pieces that is another expression element, but also has ease, it doesn’t get in the way of anything.
Outfit 3: Ease is first here – a puffer jacket to keep me warm – all about comfort and practicality, but again, it’s in a colour that lights me up which makes me feel more like me – expression – as well as the design of the jacket fits my criteria for body harmony – so adds in some empowerment (I always feel more confident in an outfit that suits me). The snakeskin boots are my nod to expression here – quirky and fun, and they are empowering as they are not just about comfort, but the heel is low enough to fulfill my need for comfort. The pants are stretchy and comfy – ease – but still in a bolder colour – expression. The roll neck jumper underneath is comfortable – ease – warm – ease – but in my favourite cobalt blue – expression and empowerment.
You can start to see with these three examples just how, even when choosing practical garments (jeans or puffer jacket), there should still be elements of expression and empowerment in that choice. And having this tool starts to make curating your wardrobe so much more effective.
Stop Outsourcing Your Style to Trends
Once you have a framework, you no longer need permission from influencers, sales racks, or seasonal edits. Trends become optional rather than directive. You choose what aligns with your identity. You confidently ignore what doesn’t.
Who Is This Masterclass For?
E³ was created for intelligent women who have realised that getting dressed has become harder rather than easier over the years. Women who have tried the advice, bought the basics, followed the rules, and still feel like something is missing.
You might recognise yourself in one (or all) of these:
- You feel like your wardrobe is full, but you have nothing that truly feels like you
- You spend more time second-guessing yourself than actually getting dressed
- You’ve followed trends and influencers only to feel worse about your choices, not better
- You’re at a stage of life where your body, your career, or your lifestyle has changed, and your old style no longer fits
- You feel invisible, or worried about dressing too young, too old, or too safe
- You’re tired of wasting money on things that end up unworn
This is not about following more rules. It’s about finally having a framework that is yours, built around your personality, your life, and who you actually are in this chapter.
Why This Works When Everything Else Hasn’t
The problem with most style advice, including capsule wardrobes, “invest in better basics” guidance, and the endless trend content on social media, is that it comes from the outside in. Someone else’s idea of what you should look like, applied generically to thousands of women who are nothing alike.
E³ works because it starts from the inside out.
I’ve spent over two decades working with thousands of clients worldwide, from university professors and scientists to doctors, lawyers and creative professionals. What I’ve learned is that every woman wants the same things at her core: to feel confident, aligned, and like the best version of herself. Not like someone else’s version of stylish.
I wasn’t born with style either. I struggled, overbought, and second-guessed myself just like you. What I discovered is that style follows logic and systems, just like any discipline you respect. I don’t tell women what to wear. I teach them how to decide, so they stop outsourcing their confidence to anyone else.
What You’ll Leave With
After 90 minutes together, you will have:
- A clearly defined three-word style identity that is entirely your own
- Personal definitions for each word so they work as practical, everyday tools
- A framework for adapting your style across every activity and occasion in your life
- The confidence to evaluate trends and ignore what isn’t relevant to you
- Clarity about what to buy, what to keep, and what no longer represents you
- A decision structure that removes hesitation and replaces it with alignment
