the Threat That Isn't Hamas

I am not quite sure what the purpose is but Hamas released a video of Yahye Sinwar, Ismail Haniyeh and Al Arouri visiting a secret base in Gaza, overseeing rocket production and whatnot. Some say this is Hamas's way of threatening Israel...

I am not sure it is the great and ominous threat they think it is. Israel has basically destroyed Hamas's rocket capabilities, and all 3 of the leaders in the video, Sinwar, Haniyeh and Al Arouri have been killed by Israel.
