After filling up on the savoury stuff my tummy wanted some sweetness and I really enjoyed the mini cheesecakes from Bite Me cheesecakes, cookies from Ovenly and mini cupcakes from Kumquat Cupcakery. I saved the most fascinating to last, People's Pops, which started in 2008 and has taken NYC by storm with out-of-the-box flavors like Raspberries & Basil, Peach & Bourbon, and Cantaloupe & Tarragon. I don't know about you, but a grown up flavoured popsicle on a hot summer's day is such a great idea! Smorgasburg is something I would recommend to any foodie inclined person, but in terms of $$$ and the overall look and feel of the market, I still feel very spoilt and lucky to be living in London...
