There’s no doubt about it, the key word for this summer is Slouchy with a capital S. Silky slouch, sheer slouch, loose fits and sexless flat sandals, they will all be there, and I will be celebrating summer with them. I am soooo digging what must be one of the most comfortable trends ever! I could wear this all summer. Just a pair of loose wide trousers and a slouchy tee or jumper with flats for more minimal looks, or adding a scarf, sunnies, bags and jewelry to spice them up a little as I did here. I love these sandals by the way!
On a different note: thanks for all your suggestions regarding my cry for having nothing to wear. You guys really came with some good things! I already sold quite a lot of stuff that deserved to be worn more, just not by me, and will probably continue to clean out my closet (it’s just sooo much work!). But the most important thing I’ll do is sit it out. Wait until my inspiration will come back, one of you was right by pointing out that it might be the things I’m going through that makes me feel less inspired as well (I still can’t wear skinnies or tight shirts, anything tight really which is half of my wardrobe). In the mean time, I will try to be a bit more creative with what’s in my closet right now (because it’s not that bad, really) and slowly get excited for what’s to come for fall (not the weather, the collections).
