The Sony Xperia J which was announced in August 2012 and introduced in the Malaysian market in October with the price tag of RM799, is now available online at a price range from RM635 to RM750. It is offered at Lelong as low as RM635 and at Lazada for RM749.

The Xperia J is essentially an mid-range phone which comes with 4.0-inch Corning Gorilla Glass TFT display that produces 854×480 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1GHz Cortex-A5 CPU, a Qualcomm MSM7227A Snapdragon chipset, an Adreno 200 GPU, a 512GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, external memory can be expanded through a microSD card up to 32GB. Is also equipped with a 5MP main camera and a VGA front facing one.

Powering the Xperia J is a rather large 1,750mAh battery, however the device still retains its slim 9.2mm build and a weight of a mere 124 grams. Design wise, the Xperia J resembles its big brothers in term of shape – it has the iconic arc appearance prominent in the Xperia Arc and Xperia TX.
