I’m obsessed with smoothie bowls. They’re not only packed with antioxidants but they also make a pretty addition to your Instagram page. I struggle when it comes to getting enough fiber in my diet, but there are plenty of things to throw in your smoothie bowl to up your fiber levels not to mention your protein levels.
You will need:
- A small pot of natural yoghurt
- Half a banana
- Frozen raspberries
- Slender Blend Vanilla Protein here
- 2 ice cubes
Toppings:
- A handful of blueberries
- Half a banana
- A sprinkling of psyllium husks here
Simply put all of your ingredients in a blender (I’m still loving my Nutribullet) and add water until you get the right consistency. Top with anything from coconut shavings to chai seeds or flaxseeds.
