I’ll take 2 out of 3 from the Yankees anyway I can get it. I don’t care that last night’s game went the bare minimum, a win is a win. I really like this team and they are overcoming injuries (Victorino, Middlebrooks, Bailey and Hanrahan) and lack of production (see Middlebrooks again!) The pitching is legit and frankly we all saw this happening. John Farrell is a pitching coach at heart. He helped this team as the bench coach and pitching coach and is doing it again as their Manager.
But mostly, this team is having fun. Watching Papi and Jose Iglesias hug it out after each of them went yard is a far cry from last year’s debacle. I see no reason to slow up now. Hey Haters, where you at now?
