While heading up to Doncaster we stopped in Newark for a for an hour to take a break. After a look round the sights we stubbled upon The Real Ale Store. It is a treasure trove of beer and cider. We purchased a few bottles of ale and could have easily have came away with dozens but the shop was good walk from the car.
Next time I’m heading south I will have to make sure I visit the shop again, but this time with a shopping trolly to carry away my booty.
