The Rams will sell NFTs of Super Bowl rings in partnership with Dapper Labs

Fans will be able to buy the Rams’ Super Bowl ring for as little as $9, which is good news. The catch is that the ring will be a virtual version of the one the Rams just got for winning Super Bowl LVI. It will be an NFT version of that ring.

The Rams and Dapper Labs, the company behind the NFL ALL DAY NFT marketplace, said Tuesday that they would be working together. It’s the first time Dapper Labs has worked with an NFL team for a whole season, so the Rams are really the first to dive headfirst into this field.

“We are thrilled to team up with Dapper Labs to give Rams fans an opportunity to be part of history and celebrate our Super Bowl championship in an unprecedented way,” Rams chief commercial officer Jen Prince said in a statement.

On NFL ALL DAY on Thursday, August 11, at 10 a.m. PT, you’ll be able to buy limited-edition NFTs of the Rams’ Super Bowl rings for between $9 and $699. “Starter Ring” is the name of the $9 version, and only 5,000 will be made. The All-Star Ring will cost $59 each, and there will only be 1,000 of them. Only 500 Hall of Fame Rings will be sold, and each one costs $699.

The designs are based on the actual replicas that were given to Rams players, coaches, and staff after they won the Super Bowl. Fans can get the drop by going to the Rams virtual pop-up store at Rams.NflAllDay.com and waiting in line for a chance to get the limited-edition digital memorabilia.

The rings are the first of a number of collectibles that can be bought throughout the year. There will also be NFTs of fans’ favorite plays of the month throughout the season.

So, Rams fans who collect NFTs should get ready for a lot of collectibles this season.
