The first issue was in September, and I have been patiently awaiting the second. It is, in general, classic superhero storytelling. People have been developing super powers, and sides are being created in a bigger conflict. It just so happens while all of this is happening, one such superhuman is starting hormone therapy to transition from male to female.
The Victim Syndicate is new team of Bat rogues who from the sounds of it want to hold Batman responsible for collateral damage. They sort of sound like Terminus' army of small-time criminals with Batman related injuries, but thus far, they are much scarier and much more dangerous.
A new series from DC which kind of looks like Warren Ellis' Moon Knight. A celebutante with a bad attitude, Mother Panic seeks vengeance on her privileged peers.
Gang war erupts in Harlem among some of Luke Cage's most memorable rogues.
Hydra-Cap disbanded them, but they really don't care. Deadpool, Rogue, and the gang take the fight to The Hand who just tried resurrecting The Hulk as one of their assassins.
