The Perfect Pre Or Post-Workout Breakfast.

Did you know that in one cup of egg whites there is only 117 Calories and 26 Grams of Protein??? I am not a fan of eggs, but I love that when cooking with egg whites they really take on the flavor of whatever you mix with them. And it helps that they are so good for you!

Goat Cheese, Dill, and Spinach is the perfect combination for that healthy egg white scramble! And great for that pre or post workout meal!

Get Cookin’.

Spray a pan with olive oil non stick spray, and then cook one cup of egg whites to your liking, when the eggs are almost done cooking, toss in a cup of shredded spinach, slice up a few cubes of goat cheese…. And then season with dill, salt, and pepper. 

I seriously can eat this meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It’s that good!
