The Perfect Green Juice.

Happy Friday Everyone! If you are like me, then you are more than ready for this week to be over and for the weekend to begin. We are heading up to Boston this afternoon for a little getaway. Boston is one of the husbands fav cities and I have never been, so we shall see what it is all about.

I wanted to share this drink with you all…. because it’s an easy way to cram in a whole lot of goodness into one little drink! I try to drink my greens daily, if I forget this is great way to get more green goodness into your diet. Have a great weekend!


The Perfect Green Juice

{Makes 2 Large Servings}

2 Oranges Peeled/ Sliced

1 Apple Sliced

1/2 Cucumber

1/2 ” Piece of Ginger

Handful of Parsley

2 Handfuls of Spinach {roughly 2 Cups}

2 Stalks of Celery Chopped

1/2 Cup Water

5 Ice Cubes

Place all ingredients in blender. If not using a Vitamix, make sure to chop everything, so it blends well. Add more water or ice if needed for texture preference.
