Seems like Barack and Michelle Obama are moving on up!
Barack and Michelle have been eyeing an apartment at 10 Gracie Square on the Upper East Side.
A source told Pagesix that the Obamas have been looking at an apartment in the historic building in Manhattan.
Someone placed a contract on an apartment in the building last week for $10 million and folks are speculating that it was the Obamas.
The Obamas could easily afford it, the bidding alone for their joint book deal hit $60 million. Then there are the speaking engagements, the former President alone get’s over $400,000 per engagement.
