Story: The Midnight Meat Train starts when New York photographer Leon (Cooper) starts discovering his latest project. He has been shooting around the subway and his girlfriend Maya (Bibb) is encouraged by his work.

On his latest night out searching for photos, Leon discovers a mysterious figure. Mahogany (Jones) has been lurking on the subline. He has been killing people leaving a string of missing people in New York City. However, Leon isn’t prepared for what he discovers and finds himself being targeted by Mahogany.

Verdict on The Midnight Meat Train

The Midnight Meat Train is an action horror movie following a photographer trying to learn about a secret on the New York subway. It follows him as the number of missing people starts increasing, leading to him believing he has found the threat. However, he becomes the target, and his loved ones start paying the price.

This is a brutal action horror movie following the events of a serial killer. The idea one operates on the subway system in New York adds plenty of fear and highlights how easily people can just be called missing. The special effects are a massive highlight of this movie as we get blood splatter everywhere. This creates the most memorable sequences in the movie too.

Final Thoughts The Midnight Meat Train is a chaotic, blood-soaked movie filled with shock deaths.
