While a leather jacket is a must have staple to your winter wardrobe, a denim jacket is the equivalent to your spring and summer wardrobe. A jean jacket can be worn to any and every occasion. I love to wear them with white jeans, over dresses, skirts, maxis, etc. It is a more "put together" way of throwing on a sweatshirt when the nights get a little cooler, or you are in a restaurant blasting the AC.
