It was my wish to record a duet with my daughter, Ioana Dan, because I have always had this longing of being close to my dear ones. It took me a while to persuade her, she finally accepted and I'm very happy. This carol, It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas, is genuinely emotional.
The duet with Loredana Groza, I'll be home for Christmas, is the acknowledgement of a long friendship, we recorded together with professionalism and grace. We both consider it a gift for the listeners in Romania and abroad.
