This is my first time reading the author.
I loved the way The Green Road explores complex family relationships. Each chapter focuses on a different member of the family, gradually revealing the relationships between them, the secrets and the light and dark.
The characters are wonderfully complex. I fell a little in love with all of them especially Constance.
Enright knows how to write. The Green Road is full of vivid characters and rich detail.
