It truly is great to wander around and find new brands and companies you never even knew about! I especially like it when I would stumble across new products, I won't like - many have samples too! This year new foodproducts from Urban Fruit, Rude Health and Good Hemp Nutrition are all ones that can be sampled, alongside beauty products from Beauty at Tesco, Amy Childs' Dolly Diamonds, and must haves Aduna, Bomb Cosmetics Company. Plenty for you to see and try! 
There are always great talks from top experts and this year they have Camilla
Sacre-Dallerup and Dr David Hamilton. The guest speakers will provide their knowledge on all areas of interest from healthy eating, career breaks or how to even dress for your shape! If that doesn't make you extremely excited, on site is a spa are where you can select Luxe or Classic treatments by Neals Yard Remedies. Yes please!
They usually have a space in the middle so you can try various fitness classes and this year for the first time the Vitality has joined forces with Women's Sport & Fitness Foundation, to bring a number of activiries for visitors to try out! This time you can try the Powerhoop and let loose at the Tantrum Club. 
I unfortunately can't make this years but if you have been feeling like you're in a slump after a fallen New Years Resolution - this will fire you up with energy! Last time I walked away feel amazing, I had energy and all I wanted to do was make my life better with all I'd learnt, tried and seen! It really is a feel-good event and will make you want to be the person you dream to be! Tickets are from £20.00 with some other tickets that have spa treatments included.
