Verdict on The Empty Man
The Empty Man is a horror mystery following a man trying to locate a missing family relative. He uses his own police experience to track down the early clues but isn’t prepared for what he ends up finding.
This is a horror that is filled with dread, tension and suspense. It constantly keeps you on edge despite having an enormous runtime for a horror movie. The mystery unfolding creeps under our skin as we are left in shock around every single corner. This is an excellent use of a simple legend that gets to consume the people it touches. The performances are fantastic with James Badge Dale leading the movie through the uncomfortable story.
Final Thoughts – The Empty Man is filled with dread, tension and suspense.
