Verdict on The Emigrants

The Emigrants is a drama that shows a family immigrating to a new country, similar to what ‘Minari’ did in 2021. This will focus more on the journey and the dangerous conditions they lived in to arrive. Their adapting to the new life shows the other challenges they struggle through.

This will cover a large amount of time for the family, seeing how their dream started to become a reality. While still showing not everything is different in the new world, they find themselves in.

The movie does have strong performances, with the characters showing the pain they have and are going through during the journey.

Where to Watch: Signature Entertainment presents The Emigrants on Digital Platforms on 1st August.

Final ThoughtsThe Emigrants is an interesting story about starting a new life.
