Verdict on The Draft
The Draft is a horror mystery thriller following five friends who visit a remote villa for a vacation. However, once they arrive, they discover something unusual happening and must figure out how to escape. It sends them down an unusual path, where nothing it what it seems.
This movie brings the unexpected to life in a brilliant concept for a horror comedy. It might start like a generic group of friends in a remote location and spooky shenanigans, but it takes a turn and brings something truly original. There are moments of pure comedy joy without comprising the horror elements. It is the unexpected which makes this movie so special, and we could easily see it put in a conversation of one of the best meta-horror comedies.
Final Thoughts – The Draft is an excellent horror that brings the unexpected.
