according to Dusizneis, the background to the following video is the mashguiach pictured went up to the roof of the yeshiva looking for some of the boys. when he went up there, the boys locked the door and then went to video him.
The mashgiach didn't sit around and wait, but he figured out his way out and he went, putting himself in danger, and extricated himself.

I don't know what yeshiva this is, nor who this mashgiach is... this is some majorly serious disrespect. I hope that at least after they saw him find his way out they ended up respecting him a bit more than they did previously.
Those boys have some serious problems. Even if it began as youthful fun, at some point they should have realized how bad this is and at least stopped videoing it and laughing about it and gone to rescue him.
I don't get, though, why near the end he takes off his tzitzis and uses them as a shmatta to wipe himself off with. That seems out of character. Maybe he had another pair of tzitzis on so this was extra?
