Plot: When the old mentor of 7 killers finds out he has terminal cancer, he gives them all an opportunity at his fortune to prove themselves for one night only to exact revenge.

Story: The Charisma Killers starts us meeting the killers who work for The Old Man (Wells). One-Hit Hustle (Jenkins), 1911 (Meadows), Pretty Boy Nordin (Smith), Psycho (Logan), Katana (Moore), Rope (Patterson) and Lone (O’Reilly). The Old Man gets the news that he is dying and decides to set his killers one final challenge.
He assigns them to kill the man and his men who took his livelihood away from him. However, the rules in place mean the killers can’t hurt each other and whoever gets the most kills takes his fortune. It leaves the chaos to begin, as the killers search for their best way to win the fortune.
Verdict on The Charisma Killers
The Charisma Killers is an action thriller following the leader of a group of killers assigning them one final job. He requests they kill a corrupt cop and anyone attending his celebration party, with the prize being his fortune. They must follow the rules before the chaotic event occurs.
This movie creates a unity between a group of assassins who have different techniques but a respect for their work. They get placed into an all-or-nothing position where they get to unleash their skills. We have come to see a lot of movies about assassins facing a potential last job before leaving that life behind. However, this spins it on their handler moving away from the business and wanting them to do a job for them. It gives the killers time to thrive in their attempts to win the prize and leads up to an all-out chaotic sequence. You can have a lot of fun watching this, the performances elevate the characters in a way where you can pick your favorite of the bunch. One of the best ways to describe this movie would be, It’s the Expendables without needing to wink wink at the camera.
