The Brewmaster – Vapour Pub & Brewery

Vapour Pub & Brewery is not new to me and I have been to there Gurgaon counterpart. Their Bar Exchange in Gurgaon is one of its kind and this one is based out of Indiranagar, Bangalore. The building is huge and Vapour takes up all the floors right from the Kebab Room on the 1^st floor to Vapour Pub on the 2^nd and 3^rd floor and Vapour Terrace on the top. We decided to sit on the 2^nd floor which has a huge stage used for most of the events here. The ambiance was lively as they keep on playing amazing rock and pop music. The tables are strategically placed to maximize the available space and there is even a diwan-type seating. Vapour Pub is one of the most famous microbrewery in this area.

As we made ourselves comfortable, we ordered Mai Tai and Long Island Ice Tea. Both the drinks were amazing in taste. Vapour being a microbrewery, brews its own beer. The main beers you can find here are the Basmati Rice Beer, Dark Beer, Ale, Lager, Premium and Wheat Beer. The wheat beer was fantastic and the Basmati Rice Beer was quite refreshing.

We had Crispy Chilli Corn which had deep fried corns and tossed with capsicum and green chillies. The Crispy Chilly Corn is a must try here, great taste and goes so well with the drinks. We also tried the Corn and Cheese Bites. The Bites comes with a cheesy dip and the entire combination is delicious. You can actually taste the cheese inside. Yummy!!! Had the Veg Tandoori Platter which has Panner Tikka, Tandoori Broccoli, Shekh Kebab and Tandoori Bharwa Aloo. The platter is served with a portion of green chutney and spicy onions. The platter is a great value for money and enough for 3-4 people.

We went straight for the desserts and tried the Bulls Eye, Moong Dal Halwa and the Pista Firni. The Bulls Eye had brownie along with a portion of vanilla icecream. Classic dessert. The Moong Dal Halwa and Firni were great as well.
