Hello Freckles The Body Shop Colour Crush Nails Review 1If you saw my recent post about The Body Shop, you may have been expecting this. Let me introduce you to their new Colour Crush nail varnish range.
Hello Freckles The Body Shop Colour Crush Nails Review 2The Body Shop Colour Crush NailsI've got three shades from the Colour Crush range now (other two are: 'Minty Armour' and 'Cupid Pink' if you wondered) and I'm really impressed with the lasting power of them all. This one in particular, 'Deeply In Love' is a strong contender for my A/W staple shade. It applies evenly and smoothly; the formula isn't too thick to go gloopy (which is great, no one wants gloops everywhere) and with two coats it's fully opaque. The lasting power is impressive too, although I can only speak from my experience since it'll depend on what you do on a daily basis. I got to day 4 before I noticed some tiny chips on the ends of my nails, but nothing I couldn't handle. With a glossy finish, there's no need to apply a top coat unless you regularly do, or want extra lasting power. With 26 shades to choose from, there's bound to be one that appeals to you and at £5 each you can definitely afford to treat yourself. If you pick up a 'Love Your Body' card you get a gift worth £5 during your birthday month, so you could even get a shade as a little treat. Have you tried any of The Body Shop's nail varnish range?  photo signature1_zps4dd0b58d.jpg
