The best of Mimansa

House of Green – This fresh juice is made with Carrot, Celery, cucumber, Green apple, lemon, spinach and parsley. The taste is refreshing and none of the ingredients overpower another. Just perfect for a healthy start.

The Perfect Pick-Me-Up – This thick milkshake is a blend of Banana, Dates and vanilla. Quite filling and sweet due to presence of dates. A glassful can keep you going for atleast few hours.

Earth Bowl – Made with lentil salad, carrot salad, quinoa, sautéed kale, cucumber and cashew cheese served with chia flaxseed crackers. There is no other salad which is as holistic as this Earth Bowl. The taste of each of the ingredient is so unique and satisfying that a bite is never enough. An absolute must have dish!

Greek Green – This unique cold pizza is made in a base of amarnath and millet flour. The base is filled with labneh and seasonal vegetables like eggplant, mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini, grilled onions and parslel tossed with sumac as toppings. If you are looking for something healthier than a pizza the Greek Green is the one for you.

Aglio Olio – The Aglio Olio at Mimansa is made with rice flour pasta. The Aglio Olio was spicy with the use of crushed chilli flakes along with parsley and basil. A bit sticky compared to the traditional pasta. What really stood out was the use of high-quality olive oil.

The best of Mimansa

Sweet Apple and Cinnamon crepe – This crepe is filled with diced apple and beetroot tossed in with cinnamon powder. This dessert is created with the use of natural palm sugar and honey on top. The crepe was a bit eggy and thick for me.

The best of Mimansa

Chocolate Almond Brownie – The Chocolate Almong Brownie may sound indifferent, but the taste is out of the world. The almond flour makes all the difference, creating a creamy and absolute delicious product. It just felts in the mouth! What an amazing dessert, keeping in mind that it is absolutely gluten free.
