When Lily came into the world three years ago, Zach and I thought we had it easy. These bottles keep my baby from not being super gassy but instead calm and comfortable. Unsure of how to use one? Here's how! 
Step 1: Warm Up Your Breast Milk- Warm up your breast milk in your drop in liner. I put mine in a safe microwavable bowl so it doesn't still over. 
Step 2: Insert the Bag - Insert the bag into the bottle. Now slowly pull the edges down at the bottom of the bottle to make sure it's even as possible. This will help remove a lot of the air. But make sure the milk doesn't reach the edge because you take the chance of some of it spilling out. 
Step 3: Screw on the Nipple - Screw on the top part with the NaturaLatch® Nipple. This will hold the liner in place. It has a natural wide shape and raised texture to help your baby latch on naturally.
