The Beer Cafe, DLF CyberHub, Gurgaon

By Rohit Dassani

‘The Beer Café’ has a lot of restaurants around Delhi NCR and boasts of having more beer brands under one roof than any other store. This one had 32 to be precise and this numbers keeps changing according to the availability of these products. The outlet has an indoor as well as outdoor seating with a beautiful green cover. The seating arrangement is also comfortable. The outlet plays pop as well as rock music which goes really well with the atmosphere of this café.

Ordered Beerjito, an fusion of beer and Mojito on the staff’s recommendation. I wasn’t disappointed at all and the fusion did work for me. The taste of the beer was very subtle while the bitterness of the hops was perfectly balanced by the sugar in the Mojito. The Virgin Mojito was great too except it had too much crushed ice in it. The flavor of Mint was outstanding and it could be tasted till the last sip!

The Beer Cafe

We ordered the Spring Rolls as appetizers. The order came in 7-8minutes and the spring rolls were delicious. The sweet chili sauce accompanying it gave the dish a nice balance. Would totally recommend to try their spring rolls though it’s not on the menu. Next we tried the Garden Fresh Pizza which has capsicum, tomato, babycorn , jalapeno and olives in it. The sauce of the Pizza was very mild. But the Pizza was great in taste and baked perfectly both from top as well as from bottom. The staff members did provide mustard sauce and ketchup with the Pizza.

The Beer Cafe

The service at ‘The Beer Café’ was completely flawless but the drinks are not light on pocket. The staff members were very friendly and educative about their products. This is a place to have fun with friends and family!
