I'd never heard of The Beautiful Land and chose the book at random as it fit the Popsugar category. I enjoyed this a lot, a cross between fantasy, horror and a bit dystopian as well. I love books with time travel and the like. There's just something I find hugely entertaining about them. This is not exception; original, well-written and hugely enjoyable. I was rooting for Tak and Samira from the first pages and enjoyed sharing their often crazy journey. I'd recommend this.
