It was newly mastered from the analog master tapes as for the CD box set from 2009 but this vinyl albums was still done old school as it was done in the 60s. Included as well is a 12 x 12 inch hardbound book featuring essays and a detailed history of the mastering process as well as rare studio photos of the Beatles with fascinating archive documents and articles that was sourced from 1960s publications.
