The Bachelorette Cast It’s First Black Lead

Tonight on Jimmy Kimmel, The Bachelorette franchise will announce it has cast a black person in a lead role on the  reality competition series, this according to reality-TV blogger Reality Steve.

Rachel Lindsay, who is an African American  31-year-old lawyer currently competing in The Bachelor, is reported  cast in the lead of the next edition of spinoff,  The Bachelorette, the web site said, dashing ABC’s plans to orchestrate the reveal on Kimmel’s late-night show.

Since ABC entertainment president, Channing Dungey has taken the helm, it looks like ABC has been doing a much better job of bring diversity to the network.
