The 3 PLANT PRODUCTS THAT CAN SERVE AS NATURAL REMEDIES Mystery Revealed

By Marialiberati

Plants really are quite amazing. They provide many benefits to us. Plants can help clean the air, boost our mood, flavor our food, or sometimes even are our food. Some plants even have products that can serve as natural remedies for different ailments. Here are three examples.

Aloe Vera Gel

Aloe vera gel can do wonderful things for sunburns and other minor skin problems. This plant has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, can stimulate the production of collagen, moisturizes your skin, and contains vitamins A, C, and E that are beneficial for your skin. Aloe gel should be applied topically to the affected area. You can purchase the gel in a store for an easy way to access the gel. If you do, try to find a product that is as close to 100% aloe as possible. It’s probably better to buy an aloe plant instead though. Caring for aloe plants is easy, and it supplies you with lots of gel. Simply cut off a leaf and squeeze out some of the gel.

CBD Oil

Many people have used CBD oil as a remedy for a variety of ills. It has been used to address physical ailments such as pain, muscle soreness, and nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy. There are an increasing number of skin products that have CBD oil in them. The anti-inflammatory properties and ability to reduce sebum production have been found to be helpful in reducing acne. There are also mental health benefits of CBD oil. Studies on both animals and humans have suggested that it may be helpful in reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Echinacea Products

Echinacea is a beautiful flower that has been reported to have a positive impact on treating colds by reducing the duration of symptoms. The leaves, stalks, and roots can be turned into powders, supplements, juice, teas, or extracts that are then consumed for the treatment. Echinacea is part of the daisy family. If you are allergic to other plants in the daisy family there is an increased risk of an allergic reaction to echinacea. More testing is needed to understand how echinacea impacts the immune system.

There are so many plants that have products that can serve as natural remedies for us. Aloe vera gel, CBD oil, and various echinacea products are only three examples. There are many more that offer additional benefits beyond these three. Bear in mind that natural doesn’t always mean safe, and sometimes plants can have dangerous interactions with other medications. Consult your doctor for guidance with using plants and their products safely as a natural remedy.
