After the Chicago Cubs’ World Series victory last night, it seems like the world (even the country) is on cloud nine. Everyone wants to get in on the action, even restaurant chains who are now offering some pretty sweet deals.
Here are the latest restaurants to offer free food in celebration of the Chicago Cubs World Series championship.
Nando’s
Starting at noon today, various Chicago locations of Nando’s, which serves famous peri-peri chicken, are handing out free chicken anyone wearing Cubs gear for only 108 minutes.
Chick-fil-A
Chicagoland Chick-fil-A restaurants are offering a variety of deals, such as free Chick-n-Minis until 10:30am and free chicken sandwiches later in the afternoon.
Buona
At all Chicago locations, Buona is giving away free Italian beef sandwiches to the first 108 people who walk in, starting at 10:30am.
Aloha Poke
Known for their Hawaiian poke bowls, the Lakeview location of Aloha Poke is giving away 108 free Crunch bowls.
Compass Bar
Offering craft beer and pizza in Lakeview, order one of their wood-fired pizzas for half the price today and tomorrow.
I Dream of Falafel
Enjoy a free side of falafel today from IDOF if you show them a tweet from their Twitter page that shares the deal.
Porkchop
Located in the West Loop, Porkchop will be handing out free barbeque sandwiches from 11am to 4pm today.
