Ingredients of Thai Corn Falafel

  • 4 cup Frozen Sweetcorn
  • 2 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 2 cup sweet potato
  • 2 tablespoon kaffir lime leaves
  • 3 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon virgin olive oil

How to make Thai Corn Falafel

  • Step 1

    In a mixing bowl, add sweet corn (coarsely blended), potatoes, red Thai curry paste, kaffir lime leaves, garlic powder, salt and red chili powder. Mix well and make small size patties.

  • Step 2

    Add olive oil in a pan and shallow fry all patties until it turns golden pink from the surface.

  • Step 3

    Remove on kitchen absorbent paper and serve with Thai peanut sauce.
