We’re probably behind the curve on this one, but Tumblr Texts from Dog is so hilarious, it’s just ripe for some TV network to try to make a crap sitcom out of it. Already, Headline publishers is planning on turning it into a book, which we will buy for our dog-owning friends so they can place it lovingly and gently on their coffee table to collect dust.
Texts from Dog detail the adventures of one Dog, born on a farm in Wales and raised in Birmingham, who has a mobile phone and uses it to text his owner. The mobile is not, however, his favorite piece of technology (that would be a rubber hamburger that squeaks), he told The Guardian: “It hasn’t really improved my life. Maybe if I was a human I’d say “My phone is AMAZING. I couldn’t LIVE without it.’ Luckily I’m a dog. Humans are idiots.’
