When people think about that Tesla cyber truck At the unveiling, they mostly remember that the stainless steel body withstood several solid components strikes with a sledgehammer. The glass of the vehicle - which was advertised as unbreakable - not so good.
Much of the body's resistance to these hits from chief designer Franz von Holzhausen is due to Tesla's use of cold-rolled 304 stainless steel, which is generally considered quite tough - but Elon Musk suggests on Twitter that the company might have found something harder.

The new metal is likely to be a new 304 stainless steel alloy that could be used for future SpaceX rocket products, according to a report released by Teslarati on Tuesday. If you want more details than that, line up, buddy, because the rest of us do too.
