Terry Crews and Ludacris are set to star in the Indy drama “John Henry” according to Deadline.
The film is being described as a modern day retelling of the story we all heard as a child. It follows Henry being played by Crews, a man whose character has traded a life of violence for one of serenity. However, he must evaluate if he is to return to his old ways when Ludacris character, his former gang leader, is after two immigrant children.
Jamila Velazquez, Ken Foree, Tyler Alvarez, and JJ Soria are also set to star in the film.
