In honor of the US Open Championships,Vogue has commissioned 8 designers to design one-of-kind tennis balls. My favorite, the bejeweled tennis ball designed by Peter Som. I’m assuming that these highly glizty tennis balls are purely for decorative purposes. I don’t see Serena Williams using them to claim another Wimbledon title. Then again, if anyone could do it…. it would her. Match point!
