Hiding under the table is a good idea and making yourself tall and thin also works well at hiding yourself. But not when you are hiding behind a very thin table leg!

I'm pretty sure this cat is not aware that its human owner can see it, I know I choose this same hiding spot when I was young. Needless to say, it didn't work back then either.

By all means hide in a bin, but a see-through water paper basket with no rubbish over the top of you is not the best hiding spot in the world.

If you just so happen to choose a pole to hide behind, make sure your own head isn't wider than the pole as otherwise you just look silly like this cat does.
