Earlier, I shared How To Dehydrate Citrus in the Oven. The fragrant dried lemons, limes and oranges add an organic touch to holiday decorating, but more importantly in this crunch time, they add a little escape. Keep some of that citrus in your pantry this winter, and add a slice to your hot cup of tea. Having a supply of dried lemons prevents fresh citrus from rotting before you can get to it.
