Tax Free Tanks

I dont think I ever realized the Ukrainians had such a good sense of humor. Maybe having a comedian as President has helped with that somewhat.
Ukrainian authorities have now announced that citizens that capture Russian tanks and armored vehicles do not need to report them to the tax authorities! The value isnt great enough. No need to worry about taxes, just stay calm and keep fighting the Russians.
New cars for everyone! Heavy cars, but still...
In Israel they would probably charge 120% tax plus linkage to the cost of living increases...
