To learn German language may seem very difficult for those who honestly have little or no background about the language. For some group of people whose native language has similarities with German, crossing from their native idiom to this foreign language may not be very difficult. But for others, it’s the other way around.

That’s why every step of the learning process needs to start from the basics. And when it comes to basics, we always begin with the numbers. (Even toddlers class starts learning English language through numbers. We’ll do the same thing with German.)

We have here the very long list of German numbers from one to one hundred. Quite a number, isn’t it? You don’t necessarily have to memorize it all. Like the English numbers, each progress of the numbers has patterns that can be easily remembered. Let’s take a look at this table below.

To make the learning more comprehensive, it is indeed recommendable to formally be equipped with all of these terms in foreign language schools. But for the meantime, let’s just take this simple lesson before even proceeding to a language school. It’s good to have knowledge of the basics with the language beforehand, right?

To know how these terms are pronounced, here is a video embed. Enjoy your German language learning!
