Hi All,I am still in the testing phase of Fortune Rice Bran Health Oil, And I am trying my best to test the oil with different cooking methods and different types of cuisines and dishes which involve different types of oils!!
Today I am going to test the Rice Bran Health Oil against Olive Oil which I always use whenever I am baking snacks or main course dishes.

So, Now Let’s start with this easy peasy recipe that I love to make.
Please Note that I only use olive oil for this recipe since it enhances the overall flavor of this dish, however I am replacing Rice Bran Health Oil for testing purposes..Want to know how it came out?? Read on…Tangy Baked mushroomsYou need around 250gm of fresh button mushrooms, 3 tsps of Fortune Rice Bran Health Oil & toothpicks :)
For Marinade-Half cup hung curd
2 tsps of tomato ketchup
2tsps ginger garlic paste
salt, pepper and red chilli powder per your taste
1 medium capsicum (diced)
Method-In a large bowl, mix in the above marinade ingredients along with 1 tsp Rice Bran Oil and marinade the mushrooms and capsicum for a minimum of half hour.Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 mins, now in a greased baking dish, spread the mushroom and capsicum along with the left over marinade paste, Now Drizzle 2 tsps of Fortune Rice Bran Oil over the mushrooms.Bake for 20 mins (or till mushrooms get tender) at 180 degrees!!Serve them on toothpick with the sauce of your choice!!
My experience-Well I am amazed at the results, Firstly, there was no difference in the taste…the mushrooms came out yummy as always but the amazing thing was that the mushrooms came out very succulent this time :) So overall I am extremely happy!!
