Tall Tale Medicine Machine hails from Chicago and is an evolving crew of performers and visual artists led by composer and producer BlacktopMegaphone. The group has wildly diverse musical influences and often has up to 16 instrumentalists doing their thing on any given track. “Shoe String Theory” (featuring the vocal talent of Denmark Vessey) is the second single off their upcoming self-titled album due out April 22nd.
