As Nodes is growing, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help lead the way, by ensuring we have the people capable of keeping Nodes’ ahead of the curve. To set the right direction, we need someone who’s hands on, in touch and can embody a great number of roles and tasks.

Responsibilities

As Nodes Talent Acquisition Manager, you will design and execute a best-in-class recruiting strategy as we accelerate our team’s growth:

  • Serve as a beacon for our innovative, collaborative, and performance driven company culture.
  • Manage the full cycle of recruiting candidates from sourcing through close.
  • Collaborate on strategic talent initiatives, including partnerships, career fairs, and   networking events.
  • Develop employer branding content to attract talent.
  • Understand the competitive landscape in which Nodes operates.
  • Leverage recruiting data to establish success metrics and provide recommendations.
  • Collect feedback from candidates and continuously improve the candidate experience.

Our Talent Acquisition Manager will report to the VP of People & Culture and work closely with the business leaders to understand their hiring requirements and calibrate the needs of the team appropriately. This role can be based in Copenhagen (HQ) or London. Travel to our other locations is to be expected.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ professional experience within talent acquisition, preferably prior experience at a digital consultancy.
  • Relevant academic educational background.
  • Experience earning credibility and building strong partnerships with business leaders.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances and environments.
  • You are a tenacious self-starter and have a strong personal drive to achieve.
  • You look beyond the usual channels to stay ahead of the curve and ahead of the competition.
  • You thrive in an open and informal environment where freedom comes with accountability.
  • You’re fluent in English, both written and oral.
