- Soak them in a foot bath or tub using Epsom Salts.
- Massage them yourself or have a friend/family member do it. And it always feels better when you use a body butter, foot cream or moisturizer.
- Clip your toe nails to a good length. If they're too short it's easier for the tops of your toes to get bruised but if they're too long they may get pushed upwards resulting in the loss of a toe nail. (Which is NOT fun)
- I've heard rumors that some nail polishes can strengthen your toe nails, I myself haven't found that it changes much but if you've had a different experience then please let us know! (Click here for a well-recommended polish)
- Stretch. Flex your toes backwards and roll your ankles. Keeping them loose and warm can always help ease pain.
- Ibuprofen. Advil is a miracle drug.

Hi everyone! I'm extremely sorry for the shortage of posts, I haven't written anything in quite some time now. It's almost week five out of six of my school's summer intensive and I haven't been so exhausted in a long time. Along with that exhaustion, I've found that my feet are practically falling off. Here are some tips to take care of your feet when you're not constantly one them.
