After a gap of one year Superstar Mahesh Babu returns to big screens again with the film 1 Nenokkadine. The film right from its announcement was eagerly awaited by the fans and general audience because of the actor’s combination with highly talented Sukumar for the first time. Made on a huge scale the film is very crucial for Mahesh Babu and more so for Sukumar. Let’s take a look at the strengths and weaknesses of the film.

Strength:

The combination of Superstar Mahesh Babu with director Sukumar, who has tremendous following among the youth segment at present, for the first time alone is the biggest strength and reason to see the film.

The biggest strength of the film is the promise of grand, never seen before visuals on Telugu cinema screen, with a fresh and novel subject to boot.

14 Reels Entertainment banner have been responsible for creating great hype on the film and their future promotions of the film too could prove to be its great strength.

Weakness:

The songs haven’t clicked in the way the makers might have anticipated.

The thriller genre by default has an audience cap and if its made in unconventional way in Hollywood mold the cap reduces further.

Opportunity:

Mahesh Babu has a chance to score four back to back outright hits.

Director Sukumar who has so far made films with the tier two stars can now jump into the big director’s club in a commercially sense.

Pave way for more innovative scripts in Tollywood without the fear of budget.

Threat:

Competition with another biggie at the box office locally might limit the film box office further along with the genre issues.

Multiple films releasing around the same time limits the rest of India box office as well.
